The also have a great outside space. This will be open from 8pm until late both nights. \n\nThe campsite will be at Weymouth And Portland Rugby Club (Monmouth Ave\, DT3 5HZ) with loads of space and a good clubhouse where we will be holding extra night dos in the same way we do at our Weston rally and the Saturday traders market/custom show taking place there.\nCampsite open from 12 noon Friday.\nThere will be a separate area for Scooters Only Camping\, Cars/Vans and Campervans. DESCRIPTION:BOOKING CALL 01934 428200 Scooter Rally SCSW Booking Ref \n\nSo here it is back for again after our successful rallies in 2022 and 2024 Sand Bay Scooter Rally…\nWe wanted to try and find a venue that would be able to give us the half board option we had at Hayling as despite our original concerns this turned out to be something people loved about that rally and it became a massive part of the event.\nThe idea we came up with was to mix a half board venue with our normal scooterist events\, a batch of bands some covers and some originals and our normal great SWSC feel.So Sand Bay popped into our heads as both myself and Stu were involved in running another event called Inkfest at the venue a few years back. Unlike some of the bigger Pontins this venue has a real intimate feel with accommodation for around 750 people and both a large ballroom and another large room for the Soul room that is all linked together.\nWe have negotiated what we think is a great rate of £110 per person for accommodation and this includes Friday evening meal\, breakfast and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday breakfast. There are a limited amount of bigger club rooms available that have an earlier check in time of 2pm for an extra £10 per person.\nWe will set up at the door and the rally price is £30 for the weekend (Please note if you booking accommodation you are agreeing to attend rally and paying the rally fee)\nEntry Fees as follows for people staying\, and visitors.\nWeekend Pass – £30.00Friday Night only from 8pm – £10.00Saturday from 10am through to the end of Saturday Night – £25.00Saturday from 10am to 5.30pm – £10.00Saturday Night only from 8pm to close – £15.00Sand Bay is an adult only park so no under 18’s in the evening events. DESCRIPTION:This will be the third year of our Dawlish rally which replaces our old Teignmouth event. The park is in between Dawlish and Dawlish Warren in Devon. Ladys Mile has great facilities\, lots of accommodation and camping/touring options plus is with in walking distance of both Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.\nAs with Teignmouth we will be running the rally as a two night event but if you want to use it the accommodation prices will include the Sunday evening as well\, so although there is no evening do you can stay on and use the facilities\, hit the towns and enjoy an extra day. \n\nEvent starts at 12 Noon on Friday\, the park won’t be open until then. Held at this amazing park in Otterton between coastal towns of Exmouth and Sidmouth on Devons amazing coastline. \nThe accommodation prices cover all tastes from budget accommodation to Luxury Lodges. \nVenue wise its an amazing venue with a large clubroom downstairs and an upstairs bar with amazing views over the bay that will become the soul room for the weekend and the venue for the SWSC Sunday night end of year party night. \nTouring pitches are available. DESCRIPTION:South West Scooter Clubs Scooterist Farmyard Bash \nSo here it is we are revisiting an event we did for the the first time in 2019 which has become a favourite for a lot of people especially after the straight out of lockdown rally in 2021. \nWe had been thinking of this venue for years but its very hard to get in there as they only do a set number of events a year. It was such a good vibe and people love it so much even with last years rain that we are giving it another go. In the words of one attendee “The closest thing to a euro rally I’ve been to in the UK” If your not sure about going just ask to anybody who was at the last couple. \nCourt Farm has a large western style saloon venue and is a working farm. DESCRIPTION:For over 20 years I have been running rallies/socials in places such as Las vegas & cocoa beach in the US and even gone as far as Adelaide in Australia. I have been finding it harder as I get older to find the time and energy that running these events takes with the huge distances and time differences involved\, but I don’t want to give up on the challenge of getting everyone together abroad for a bit of fun and hopefully a great event. \nThe obvious choice for an event closer to home was Benalmadena a place where we had held an event back in 2008 & only 20 minutes from Malaga airport. This time I wanted to do the event as I have in all the US & Australian events using a hotel as a central point for the event and a large venue for the evening dos. \nThe event will be Held at the 4 star sunset beach club hotel in the wonderful Spanish resort of Benalmadena. The hotel is right on the beach & has many facilities including two outside swimming pools\, bars\, restaurant and even has its own supermarket. The evenings dos will be held at the Moonlight Bar a great venue that takes 500 people and is attached to the hotel. \nWe will be running three nights of dos In the way we do it at Woolacombe with DJs & a band on Friday & Saturday then a fun night with the DJs straying from the normal scooter tunes on Sunday. I enjoyed DJ’ing the 90’s night so much at the VFM’s Lanzarote event I thought why not do it again so Sunday will be in a 90’s rally style (I forgot how much I used to enjoy DJ’ing on 90’s rallies) & yes if you want to do 90’s based fancy dress you can or even dig out the stuff you wore to rallies back then…… \nDJ’s from across the UK – Emma Cox\, Terry Walters\, Darren Groves\, Alex Carnaby Paton\, Ian Rossiter\, Steve Chilli Chilcott\, Dave Lloyd\, Neil Carter\, Jason Ude\, Tracey Screamcheese\, Andy SWS and special guests local DJs Lupi & Steve Goodey.. \nFriday band -Skafeinados (local ska band with an eclectic mix of tunes not just the normal covers)\nSaturday band -The Neuras (Seville based mod/indie originals with a couple of covers)\nProvisional Itinerary for now.
